We have created a website dedicated to sponsorship connected with the digital ecosystem of VINCI Immobilier (SSO, CRM, sales representatives repository) in order to propose an optimised path for sponsorship, taking into account the different stages of a real estate purchase project, from the taking of appointments to the signature at the notary. The process is completed by relational scenarios in marketing automation for the sponsor and the sponsored person, in particular to welcome the latter and encourage him to become sponsor in turn.
An expert customer service team provides assistance to your programme members, from answering questions to after-sales service related to rewards. You access real-time updated indicators via your back office to allow you to monitor the quality and responsiveness of the service.
