We capitalised on the foundation of the brand's customer loyalty programme to create a complete platform for consultants including both a module to organise culinary workshops (invitation management and participation validation) and a challenge device that rewards sales performance and gives access to a gift shop. As consultants are usually former clients, a dedicated device had to be created to manage the change of status from client to consultant and vice versa.
