We've created the Cogedim Challenge to reward the performance of Cogedim's internal sales force, based on their hierarchical level. Each quarter focuses on a performance criterion in particular with a booster: personalisation sales, financing files, loan offer assemblies, sponsorships... Micro-challenges allow to pace the annual animation and a competition per region creates a team emulation.
The points scales allow you to define the ”generosity" of your loyalty programme in a detailed manner: based on purchase amounts, references or product ranges, or for each type of positive actions towards your brand.
The Leoo platform natively integrates a ticketing offer (shows, concerts, festivals, cinemas, cultural visits...) allowing your customers to order tickets directly through the website of your brand's relational programme.
You can set up boosters campaigns, for example to support a launch, a commercial news dedicated to a product range or re-launch sponsorship, by temporarily increasing the amount of points awarded. Just define the action or product you want to promote, the period and the coefficient of the booster.
