To encourage point-of-sale sellers, we created the platform Baume and Mercier Le Club, allowing sellers to record their sales and thus earn points. A dedicated back office allows sales representatives to control and verify sales in their areas. The platform also allows you to create boosters and challenges, and to broadcast content based on brand news: videos, press news, and sales support content (lookbooks, arguments, salesfolders, merchandising support...).
You can set up boosters campaigns, for example to support a launch, a commercial news dedicated to a product range or re-launch sponsorship, by temporarily increasing the amount of points awarded. Just define the action or product you want to promote, the period and the coefficient of the booster.
The Leoo platform allows you to set up a challenge to animate the relationship with your targets. The objectives of the challenge can be individual or collective. The program will show everyone their performances, and trigger emails at key moments (achievement of a goal, proximity to the end of the challenge, final performances, etc.).
Thanks to the Leoo platform you can give your customers and sales representatives access to a concierge service: they can then request a customised reward and will be accompanied by a Leoo personal shopper.
